The syscovery Customer Interaction Center (CIC) offers complete product support to SavvySuite customers (some content only in German language):

  • Up-to-date information concerning known issues
  • Recommendations or workarounds helping you to resume work quickly after facing errors
  • Download of solution files and setup packages
  • Find all relevant documents by entering your search criteria via free text
  • Our download area offers all documentations as well as useful hints and expert advices
  • Download import templates for data imports to SavvySuite
  • Enter your incident tickets directly via web form and send it to our support team
  • Monitor the status of your tickets, add information or attach screenshots or other documents

Access will be granted to nominated employees of SavvySuite customers with a current maintenance plan. Please ask your sales representative for your account information.
