The sys­co­very Cus­to­mer Inter­ac­tion Cen­ter (CIC) offers com­ple­te pro­duct sup­port to Sav­vy­Sui­te cus­to­mers (some con­tent only in Ger­man lan­guage):

  • Up-to-date infor­ma­ti­on con­cer­ning known issu­es
  • Recom­men­da­ti­ons or work­arounds hel­ping you to resu­me work quick­ly after facing errors
  • Down­load of solu­ti­on files and set­up packa­ges
  • Find all rele­vant docu­ments by ent­e­ring your search cri­te­ria via free text
  • Our down­load area offers all docu­men­ta­ti­ons as well as use­ful hints and expert advices
  • Down­load import tem­pla­tes for data imports to Sav­vy­Sui­te
  • Enter your inci­dent tickets direct­ly via web form and send it to our sup­port team
  • Moni­tor the sta­tus of your tickets, add infor­ma­ti­on or attach screen­shots or other docu­ments

Access will be gran­ted to nomi­na­ted employees of Sav­vy­Sui­te cus­to­mers with a cur­rent main­ten­an­ce plan. Plea­se ask your sales repre­sen­ta­ti­ve for your account infor­ma­ti­on.
