Process workflows (WFPC)

You already know that workflows form the basis of all business processes in theSavvySuite. You also know from your practice that there are different business processes for different services. You now want to design workflows that match the individual service and the associated business process.

The training provides you with examples of how you can configure workflows for business processes in theSavvySuite. You will learn how business processes in theSavvySuite are divided into individual process workflows and how these together form the business process. You will learn about typical workflow elements for each process step and how you can use them in your process workflows.

Through practical exercises, you will learn how to create process workflows on your own and create an example of a business process using various workflow elements in theSavvySuite.

After this training, you will be able to take the certification exam to become a „SavvySuite Workflow Professional (CERTWFP)“.

Prerequisite

You are experienced in using the administration application, have already learned how theSavvySuite basically works and can trigger orders in the web application.
You can configure and validate workflows and fix errors in the workflow process.
You know how to use workflow context and placeholders.
You know what a service class, an article and an order item are and how they are used.
You know what approvals are and what approval checks do.

You can obtain these prerequisites by completing our training course, for example:

• Workflows – Designing variability (WFDV)
