SavvySuite Work Order Expert (CERTWOE)
The SavvySuite Work Order Expert exam measures a candidate’s knowledge and skills related to the following objectives:
- A candidate should know the functional scope of the Work Order Management module and know which areas of application it can cover.
- A candidate should be able to create work order templates and work order configurations and integrate them into the process configuration.
- A candidate should be able to monitor, identify and resolve errors.
About the exam
- Location: Guided online testing environment
- Scope: 20 multiple choice/multiple select/gap text questions
- Maximum completion time: 45 minutes
- Required score: 60%, 12 out of 20 questions answered completely correctly
- Prerequisites: None; Participation in the training strongly recommended
- Aids: None; Only a blank sheet of paper and a pen may be used during the exam.
