The Savvy Suite Training

First-hand knowledge transfer – directly from the manufacturer

Syscovery offers a variety of trainings for SavvySuite. Competent instructors pass on their expert knowledge to you in a new training environment. Through our new concepts, all learning groups can practice and learn remotely, demand-oriented, modular and effective work with an authentic SavvyFeeling. Learn at your own pace, as our new trainings have been designed to be partially modular to meet the demands of your personal schedule. Each participant has the opportunity to achieve SavvySuite certification by combining different trainings.
We are also available for a personal consultation.

Tip: You want to attend only part of the course to get specific knowledge? – Simply book a single appointment and mention the code in the parenthesis e.g.: “(WFGL)”

Organizational framework

  • All trainings and certification exams take place online as virtual classroom training

  • The language in which a training or certification exam is held is specified for the individual dates.

  • The number of participants for training courses is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8.

  • The number of participants for certification exams is a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 8.

  • Registration for a training or certification exam is possible up to 8 days before the training date.

  • If the required minimum number of participants cannot be reached, syscovery Business Solutions GmbH reserves the right to cancel the training or certification exam up to 7 days before the specified date.

  • Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel a training or certification examination due to force majeure (e.g. illness of the instructor) even at short notice.

  • Participation in a training or certification exam can be cancelled free of charge up to a maximum of 8 days before the training date. Cancellations after this date will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • All prices for training courses and certification exams are quoted per participant and do not include the statutory value-added tax.

  • You will receive the relevant training documents and access information shortly before the specified date.

  • After participation in the training you will receive a confirmation of participation

  • Certificates will be issued if all required certification exams have been passed.

  • If a certification exam is not passed, a retake on the next regular certification exam date can be booked for a fee.

  • To access the training environment, you need a Microsoft-supported browser, as specified on the following website: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/connect-web

  • The following environments are supported for participating in the Virtual Classroom via web browser:

  • Please use a webcam and a headset for participation, or comparable technical equipment for high-quality audio playback and transmission.

  • We recommend the use of a second monitor for simultaneous display of training environment and virtual classroom
