Vaillant implemented syscovery’s SavvySuite as an IT service catalog with a self-service portal, automation tool, and internal billing and cost allocation system.

With SavvySuite, all IT services, including network components and servers, could be centrally managed and provided automatically. Orders, relocations, cost center changes, service expansions, and cancellations were processed through SavvySuite, significantly improving transparency across IT assets and costs. This enabled efficient internal cost allocation and better control over external service providers.

A particularly noteworthy achievement was the successful launch of SavvySuiteCloud within just two months, despite the global COVID-19 crisis in the spring of 2020. syscovery Business Solutions GmbH provides the SavvySuite as a cloud solution for Vaillant.
